On some problems of the study of the causal complex of crime: criminological aspects of crime prevention and control

Based on the scientific analysis of the causal complex of crime, the effectiveness of the methodology of criminological research in the field of determining the essence of crime determination is assessed, and it also becomes possible to detail and deepen the understanding of the content of the basic concepts of the causal complex of crime. The obtained research results from data that allow, on the analyzed theoretical and practical basis, to carry out applied criminological aspects for the study of socio-economic, political-legal, spiritual and moral causes and conditions of the determinants of crime at the present stage of development of the socio-economic environment.
