About some problematic issues of using micro objects in the course of crime investigation

The article considers micro-objects as sources of criminally significant information. The problems of theoretical and procedural nature that arise when using micro-objects in the course of a preliminary investigation are analyzed. The concepts of micro-objects proposed by researchers of legal science are considered. The article analyzes the issue of attaching micro-objects to the materials of a criminal case as material evidence, which leads to the conclusion that it is necessary to present special forensic requirements for working with micro-objects.
