On some aspects of counteraction to extremism

This article considers the essence of extremism as a socially dangerous act. The purpose of the study is to analyze the concept of "extremism", both from an international and domestic perspective, as well as to consider administrative and criminal liability for this act and subsequent decriminalization. The result of the work was the assessment of the threat of extremism and the fight against it.
