On some issues in the implementation by the prosecutor of the powers to protect public interest in judicial proceedings

Within the framework of this article, some issues of the powers and the importance of the prosecutor's participation in ensuring the protection of public interests in court are considered. The analysis of the procedural regulation of the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation in the exercise by officials of their powers in the field of judicial proceedings, the specifics of the prosecutor's role in the arbitration process are revealed. The correlation of state and public interests is characterized. The author defines the content of public interest as a legal definition.
