On some issues of the content of the activities of law enforcement authorities in the period of digitalization of the legal system

This article discusses some issues of determining the content of the institution of law enforcement agencies in the Russian Federation. The relevance of the research topic is characterized by the degree of dependence of the state's protection of the rights and freedoms of society on the provision of legal regulation by authorized law enforcement agencies. The structure of public relations is constantly changing, which causes certain difficulties in determining the correct content of the institution of law enforcement agencies. It is advisable to bring the interpretation of the content of law enforcement activities to uniformity. The author of the article analyzes some aspects of the content of the concepts of law enforcement agencies and law enforcement activities in the Russian Federation, in order to establish a correlation between the theoretical and practical sides in this area of law.
