On some issues of the emergence and development of the institution of the prosecutors office in the state mechanism of Russia in the pre-revolutionary period

The article considers the issues of formations and development the Prosecutor’s Office.The study of the historical development of the Prosecutor's Office contributes to better understanding of its current legal status and its place in the system of state bodies.The main historical stages of the Prosecutor's Office development have been analyzed. On the basis of the conducted research the trend towards consideration of the powers of the bodies of the Prosecutor’s Office have been revealed.
