The necessity of forming the optimal system of efficiency's grades of flax cultivation in flax cluster

In the present work the system of natural grades of flax cultivation`s efficiency is characterized, an inability of it`s objective reflection the modern position and the level of modern developing was found out. It is concluded that the formulation an optimal system of efficiency`s grades of flax cultivation in flax cluster needs to consider spesialiaties of cluster`s structure, new kinds of flax agricultures, modern technologies and high-tech equipment.
