On the need to reform article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

In this study, the author examines the problems of legislative regulation of Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Deliberately false denunciation". During the analysis of the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and scientific literature, shortcomings of regulatory regulation were identified that have a negative impact on the quality of the corpus delicti. The author considers the main problems, as well as offers recommendations for their correction.
