On the necessity of court authorization of operational search actions carried out on an urgent basis

The provision of the Federal Law "On operational search activities" regulating the procedure for carrying out operational-search activities in urgent cases is analyzed in the article. The author draws the conclusion about the necessity of obtaining court authorization to restrict constitutional rights of citizens while carrying out operational-search activities even in case of their termination.
