About the paradox cadastral valuation in the Kemerovo region

The article analyzes the case law of the Kemerovo region in disputes relating to the establishment of the cadastral value of land in the amount of the market according to the Land Code of the Russian Federation. On the example of the city of Novokuznetsk compares the results of cadastral valuation of land to the actual price level according to the open market. It is concluded that the cause of increase in the number of appeals to the court of land users is a violation of their interests in connection with excess of the cadastral value of the land relative to the existing level of market prices in the land market in the region.
