On revising approaches to determining the minimum wage and unemployment benefits

The article is devoted to the implementation of the right to life and health provided by the means of labor law and social security law, as well as the role of international labor standards and rules enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation in this process. The author focuses on the socially significant needs of the employee, as well as the person who has lost his job. The article concludes that it is necessary to revise the approaches to determining the minimum wage and the amount of unemployment benefits.
