Towards translation of real estate terminology

The paper focuses on translation of some real estate terms from Russian into English. The exactness of translation of units under examination is primarily conditioned by correspondence/non-correspondence between domestic and foreign legal systems, while conventional translation equivalents may be inaccurate to a certain degree. The paper attempts to determine validity of specific translation equivalents in the field of real estate.
