On the prospects of creating a unified Ecological Code of the RF

This scientific work is devoted to the study of the need to create an Environmental Code of the Russian Federation in order to unify all norms of environmental law. For this, the author analyzed various points of view of legal scholars, as well as some projects of the Environmental Code of the Russian Federation. In the conclusion, the author formulated his own conclusions regarding the issue under study.
