Бесплатный доступ

The training of specialists who are able to effectively act in crisis situations and resolve them unconventionally acquires the character of an urgent problem. Accordingly, the officer - a graduate of a military higher school should have proficiency in the following: determination of the political situation; identification of hotbeds of international tension; identification of threats to national security; planning and carrying out operations to resolve crisis situations. It is expedient to teach officers interaction during joint operations and combat training with the coalition groups of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. The transition to the culturological paradigm of education, the introduction of national and regional aspects entails the consideration of such criteria for the professional training of a specialist as ethnocultural and conflictological competence. In modern conditions, there is a wide field of activity for preserving peace, developing the theory and practice of using coalition forces, managing them and interacting at all levels to preserve security.
