About the readiness of cadets of a departmental university to professional activity in a complex operational environment

The article is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of readiness of cadets of higher education institutions subordinated to the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for professional activity in a complex operational environment. Based on the results of the conducted research and analysis of modern scientific and pedagogical literature, the most effective measures for preventing and overcoming negative conditions that arise in the personnel of the penitentiary system during the performance of their functional duties in a difficult operational situation are determined.
