On the concept of a legal entity of public law

The author analyzes the problems of the legal status of a legal entity of public law (ULP), including the property legal personality of public legal entities (using the example of judicial practice). The author formulates the definition of a legal entity, proposes a classification of legal entities by the nature of their activities (strategic, organizational, social). It is pointed out the problems and the need for balance in the forms of fixing the design of the ULPP: 1) in a special federal law; 2) in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
