On the procedure for recognizing a person as a victim in a criminal case in the event of liquidation of a legal entity that has suffered damage

The analysis of decision-making by law enforcement officers in their correlation with the science of criminal procedure and civil law for the recognition of persons as victims after the reorganization of the organization or its recognition as bankrupt in which they were shareholders or founders is carried out. The article also provides examples of judicial practice on this issue and on its basis certain conclusions are formulated.
