About the legal status of internal affairs bodies on transport

The article deals with the status of internal affairs bodies on transport. It is proved that the existing legal regulation is fragmented and does not allow to form a holistic view of the activities of internal affairs bodies and their legal status. In the opinion of the author it would be more effective to adopt a unified regulation act “About Internal Affairs Bodies on Transport”.
