On overcoming the deficit of civic position in the youth environment (organization of the educational process at a higher education institution)

The authors of the article are interested in the question of how it is possible to design an educational process at a university that would contribute to changes in the structure of mental programs of social behavior of young people to overcome the lack of citizenship.
