The use of mobile applications for physical education by students

The paper considers several mobile applications, with the help of which it has become much easier to effectively distribute the time of classes, to make a set of exercises for each student, depending on his level of physical fitness. In addition, the disadvantages of certain programs are presented. Each studied application can be used during physical education classes, the combination of several programs will help students not only to engage productively and with the least amount of time, but also to perform exercises correctly in order to reduce the level of injury. Applications such as “Seven” will help a student to perform a set of sports exercises in seven minutes, with the help of “Nike Training Club” and “Adidas Training” each student together with a teacher can make an individual training program, and the “Teemo” application will add creativity to physical education classes. “Heart rate monitor” and “Pedometer” are also considered in the work as additional mobile applications for tracking the level of physical indicators. In addition, the article presents data from a survey of 3rd-year students of the Krasnodar branch of the PRUE named after G.V. Plekhanova on the use of mobile applications for sports. In conclusion, conclusions were drawn and the results of the study were summed up.
