This article considers the phenomenon of "international crime" both in a broad and narrow sense, types of international crimes, reveals the problems of legal regulation of the fight against this phenomenon, analyzes existing regulatory legal acts to solve these problems. In his research, the author relies on the main postulates of international law regulating methods of combating inter-ethnic crime (the UN Charter, the Rome Statute, the law of Geneva, etc.)
