On problematic issues of ensuring the constitutional rights of citizens in the process of information and analytical support for operational investigative activities, the use of OSINT-analysis technologies

The article analyzes the problems of implementing constitutional guarantees of privacy that arise in the process of information and analytical support for operational investigative activities. It is shown that OSINT related to the monitoring of social networks carries the character of operational investigative activities due to the secret nature of restrictions on privacy human rights. OSINT is legal if there are special powers of a police officer to carry out operational investigative activities and if there are conditions specified by law for this.
