Video portfolio as a technology of building cadets' professional competencies

The author studies the main elements of video portfolio as an educational technology used in traffic law enforcement officers' training. The article provides the experience of employing video portfolio in teaching subjects “Socio-Psychological Training of Professional Communication” and “Criminal Law”. The advantages of the mentioned educational technology, problems of its usage and ways of solution are described.
