On countering the financing of extremist activities aimed at destroying the traditional values of Russia through the public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols

The article examines the change in the Russian legislation on countering extremist manifestations providing the liability for public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols. The author considers the response to the activities of foreign countries aimed at decriminalization of war crimes of Nazi Germany during the Great Patriotic War as one of the possible reasons for the change in the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulating the responsibility for public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols.
