On differentiation of telecommunication and information legal relationship

Problems of differentiation between telecommunication and information relations are considered in this article. The named differentiation matters for both theoretical legal researches and the practice of the legislation application. The question is solved basing on several approaches: the subject and method allocation in corresponding relations and the legal regime analysis.
