On developing and implementing a stochastic model to optimize the economic efficiency indicators of an energy sales organization for additional services programs

The article emphasizes the relevance of developing and implementing a model to optimize the performance indicators of an energy sales organization for additional services programs when implementing a horizontal diversification strategy in order to improve the economic efficiency by increasing profits in activities not regulated by the state. We have developed a stochastic model based on a two-stage problem and substantiated the choice of a direct quasi-gradient method of stochastic programming for its implementation. The article presents an algorithm for implementing the developed model and an approach to determining the end of the optimization process. We have shown the results of implementing the model for developing a program aimed at providing additional services by an energy sales organization over three years.
