On the solvability of a singular linear differential equations with advanced argument

Stability theory of differential equations with retarded argument devel indicates now largely independently of the general theory of singular-tion of functional differential equations. Meanwhile, the natural is the consideration of differential equations on a half as a singular equations with a singularity at infinity. The purpose of this work - to show that the behavior of the solution of-a class of singular functional differential equations in the vicinity of the singular point is determined by the asymptotic properties of some-differential equation with a retarded argument on the half.
