About the development of professional capacity of civil servants

The problem of improving the professional potential of civil servants is considered. It also emphasizes the need and importance of introducing modern methods of developing the professionalism of public servants by improving various programs and methods for certifying employees, as this will increase the efficiency of their activities. The analysis of publications by foreign and Russian authors is carried out, modern methods for determining the criteria of professionalism are described. In conclusion, it is concluded that there is a demand for professional qualities at the present stage in Russia.
