On the risks and strategies of development companies in the face of external sanctions pressure

The author analyzes the risks of the development business in the conditions of international sanctions, as a result of which substantiates options for strategies of builders: aggressive strategy, survival strategy, conservative strategy. Among the risks, in particular, the risks of project financing, inflationary risks, administrative risks, risks of the emergence of a new wave of pandemic of coronavirus. It concludes that developmental companies should take measures in a timely manner that contributes to their adaptation to new economic conditions.
