On the role and evaluation of service innovations in the development of innovative activities of health institutions

The article discusses the importance of innovation in the service of health institutions as one of the components of the quality of care that enhance the competitiveness of the organization. As a result of the author of a sociological survey of patient satisfaction with the quality of medical services in a multidisciplinary clinic picked assessment service innovation. For effective development of innovative activity of health care institutions the necessity of not only the use of technological innovation, but also the use of active service innovation.
