On the role of the precinct police officers

This article examines the special importance of the service of district police officers, specifies the powers and their recent changes. In the format of this article, we also considered many important issues that today speak of an overestimation of the workload of the district police officer. We have studied the statistical data, which indicate that in a number of subjects of Russia there is a personnel shortage of district police officers, and this is today an integral problem in the police department.
