On self-development of a future specialist: the prospect of innovative activity

The author shows the conditionality of the pedagogical aspect of the research of innovative activity of a future specialist by the "world - man" relationship. The importance of innovative activity of a future specialist within his profession is determined. The components of the strategy of effective self-development are highlighted. The interrelation of the strategy of effective self-development with the formation of the properties of a future specialist's innovativeness is presented. The criteria of effective self-development of a future specialist, including both formal and informal assessments, are considered.
