On self-defension of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs

The scientific article is devoted to the institution of self-defense as a method of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, which is currently actively developing, it analyzes the points of view existing in the doctrine regarding the definition of self-defense of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, highlights the signs of self-defense of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, and also analyzes different points of view on the correlation of self-defense of civil rights with other categories of civil law.
