On the hidden affiliation in the context of modern anti-corruption mechanisms formation

The article analyses certain trends in the anti-corruption policy reforming in the Russian Federation according the existing federal laws and orders of the President of the Russian Federation. There is a tendency to efficiency increase of measures taken, to use a complex approach to corruption control and to the need to maximize point control of used mechanisms. The particular attention is paid to the development of mechanisms to identify the hidden affiliation as a precondition of a conflict of interests in public or municipal service.
