Preservation of Russian cultural identity in the global world

As the object of the article the author pays attention to the fact that modern world is going through one of the most difficult and controversial periods of its history - the period of globalization. They characterize this period with a sharp increase in integration processes in all areas and spheres of public life: the economy, politics, culture, information. In the article, the author pays special attention to the sociocultural phenomenon of globalization, and the preservation of Russian cultural identity in the global world. The purpose of the article is a complex author's research of the problem of preservation of Russian cultural identity in the global world. Development of a new national idea that will serve to unite, consolidate society, solve its most important problems, and strengthen the patriotism of the Russian people, its national dignity.
