The ratio of the concepts "work secret", "know-how" and "information which is the trade secret"

The article is devoted to clarification of a ratio of such terms of intellectual rights as "work secret", "know-how", "trade secret" "information which is a trade secret". The solution of the problem of a ratio of the specified concepts presents the correct idea of a ratio of legal phenomena given. Analyzing the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation the author comes to the conclusion that the terms "work secret" and "know-how" are identical in the legislation of the Russian Federation, and correspond to the concept of "information which is a trade secret" as a type and a sort.
