On the state of readiness of the personnel of the Russian guard for difficult conditions of professional activity

The article is devoted to the problem of forming the readiness of individual employees of the Rosgvardiya, unit commanders and the collectives headed by them to act in difficult circumstances. The author reveals the conditions, components and features of the process of forming a state of readiness in a complex operational environment. It is assumed that the prerequisites for the formation of the readiness of the Rosgvardiya team to work in difficult conditions are: a healthy moral and psychological climate, a sense of confidence, mutual understanding, respect and goodwill to each other, mutual exactingness and interchangeability, the creation of a common mindset for the successful completion of the upcoming task, coherence and consistency of actions.
