On the state of drug-related crime and some peculiarities of counteraction to it in the Latin American countries

The article is devoted to the description of the drug-related crime in the Republic of Peru and the Republic of Nicaragua, as well as to some legal and organizational decisions of these states in the sphere of counteraction to the drug threat.
