Improving the legal framework regulation of brief meetings in MIA of Russia

Introduction: the article is devoted to the study of the features of the legal regulation of brief meetings in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Materials and Methods: the study was a regulatory act, as the results of the study, research papers of K.S. Belsky, B.N. Volgin, I. Ridges, Yu. N. Demidov, V.Y. Kikot, V.M. Kostennikov, A.V. Kurakin, S.S. Mailyana, A.G. Markushina, E.Y. Pirogov, A.D. Ulyanov. Results: attention is focused on the need for legal regulation of the term "brief meetings", which needs to be brought into line with the conceptual apparatus used in existing legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, and to form a unified approach to its understanding and application. A theoretical characteristic of the advantages of this type of meetings is proposed. The term "brief meetings" is formulated in relation to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Discussion and Conclusions: the author suggests to fix the term "brief meetings" in regulatory acts regulating the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The possibility of increasing the efficiency of the managerial work of the head, as well as optimizing the document flow in the daily operational and official activities of the police units of the Russian Federation by improving the legal regulation of the institute of operational meetings in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is substantiated.
