On improving tactical and special exercises in law enforcement agencies and criteria for assessing the level of training of personnel

The article identifies the most characteristic shortcomings identified during tactical and special exercises( TSU), and also offers some original ways to activate TSU conducted with the personnel of departmental law enforcement institutions. In addition, the author, on the basis of experimental work, determined the optimal evaluation criteria for the level of professional training of cadets. These include: socio-moral, motivational-targeted, qualitative-activity and practical-effective.
