On improvement of a legislative construction of criminal and legal norms designed to counteract illicit drug trafficking

The article considers some problems of a legislative construction of certain criminal and legal norms designed to counteract illicit drug trafficking. Most of the focus is on the issues of concrete definition of subject of crime in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking and the subject's age of aggravated elements of such crimes.
