Conscience as a moral basis for leadership style of male and female leaders

The article represents the on-line research results intended to identify the manifestation of the conscientiousness by male and female leaders towards their subordinates. The research was held with the help of the Effective Leader Questionnaire based on methods investigating guilt as a result of offense against conscientious behavior, reviewing will as an ability to make conscientious decisions.
