Creating an unified system for registration and management of property of the union state of Russia and Belarus

The article discusses the issue of creating an integrated system for accounting for union property, in particular, the current state and experience of maintaining property registers in Russia and Belarus. The authors come to the conclusion that its further development is possible subject to the creation of a unified system of management and disposal of the property of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, based on the register of its property, the development of a special supranational regulatory framework and a corresponding integrated information and analytical system. An algorithm is proposed for carrying out the activities necessary for this.
