About the specifics functioning of penitentiary bodies and institutions in emergency circumstances

This article reveals the specific features of the activities of the bodies and institutions of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation in the conditions of emergency circumstances and suggests an approximate algorithm of organizational actions of the head of the territorial body of the penitentiary (head of the correctional institution). The authors summarize that the effectiveness of the implementation of complex professional tasks by the bodies and institutions of the UIS that arise during emergencies depends on the skillful use of a variety of tactical and special methods of action.
