Concerning justice in the administrative law

Modern views on the concept of justice are subject to the approach developed in philosophy and law throughout the existence of the mankind. The idea of justice was formed in the twentieth century by the international instruments and practices in the rule of law concept use and development; it recognizes the primacy of human rights and their protection through international legal mechanisms.
