The article reveals the essence and describes specificity of the artistic and aesthetic activity. It was used method to compare the theoretical reconstruction of phylogenetic and ontogenetic of human aesthetic development. Author proposed pedagogical model of preschool children art education. The conclusion about the meaning of art for the child's development based on the personality.
