Three-dimensional control problems and it's some generalization

The property of three-dimensional classical problems of control in the sense of the theorem on the boundedness of nesting compositions was described; the control problems was generalized to the case of external perturbations of parameters, and its three-dimensional in this sense remains; this corresponds to the three-dimensionality of the ontological structure of reality.
