About the musicologist's creative way

The article is about the formation and creative achievements of the associate professor of East Siberian state Institute of culture N.Ts. Tsybudeeva, starting from her school age to the present days. Over the years of her independent activity, she has clearly proven herself in creative and pedagogical work in the music school named after P. Tchaikovsky, Opera and Ballet Theater named after G. Tsydynzhapov, Institute of Culture (ESSIC). As a musicologist with good education, she published popular and science- oriented articles where she assessed various phenomena in the culture of the Republic expressing her great concern and civil position.
