Introduction of extended testing in the process of theoretical mechanics learning

The paper deals with the comparative results of the assessment in traditional examinations with the generalized data of computer testing of theoretical mechanics. A package of test tasks, probated instead of traditional examination tasks, is given. Positive characteristics of testing technology for the learning process improvement, control and self-control are given.
