On the possibility of higher education management in Kazakhstan based on the preferences of consumers of educational services

The study was carried out to assess the possibility of higher education management in Kazakhstan based on the preferences of consumers of educational services. For this purpose, the attitude of students to two ways of providing educational services during lectures was evaluated: visual and auditory. The main research methods were questionnaires, statistical processing of questionnaires, verification of statistical hypotheses. Two groups of respondents took part in the study. One group of students was associated with the educational system, the second group was not associated with the educational system. It has statistically proven: - students from Kazakhstan do not prefer the auditory method of providing of educational services; - there are no significant differences in students ' preferences related to the educational system and not related to the educational system. The result is highly statistically significant. The aim of the study is achieved - it is shown the possibility and necessity of higher education management based on the preferences of consumers of educational services. The result of the research is of great theoretical and practical importance.
